Harry Styles' new girlfriend Tess Ward has been getting hateful messages from his fans ever since the news broke that the two are dating. Now she's striking back!
The British food blogger and cookbook author initially kept silent about the online abuse, but she recently told The Times that she's had to delete several of her social media accounts because of it.
The only social media channel remaining is her Instagram, although she admitted she might get rid of that, too. "At the moment, I'm getting a lot of direct messages there," she said, "but I respectfully chose not to reply to them, because they're all... interesting. I want a break!"
She called the troll's messages "very bizarre," and said she's "not the kind of person who's interested in fame." Styles' fans have even been leaving negative reviews of her cookbook Naked Diet on Amazon.
"If you're put in an environment which you don't understand and you can't control and you don't want, it's horrible," she confessed. When asked if she was dating Harry, Tess said, "I literally don't have anything to say about that."
