By all appearances, Heather Dubrow has left her Real Housewives of Orange County past behind her. But a source tells RadarOnline.com that Bravo is doing everything they can to keep the mom of four on the show! According to the insider, Heather was offered her own special contract that would have allowed her to work on the Bravo show as well as pursue other acting projects. Meanwhile, her co-stars are only allowed to appear on RHOC, the source claimed! But the insider revealed that the exclusive deal still wasn’t enough for the former housewife.

“Bravo offered Heather a friend role for this upcoming season of RHOC, and she declined,” the source told Radar exclusively. “Heather seems to see herself as being above all that drama, like she is bigger than RHOC.”

The former Bravo star left the show after a season of intense fighting between castmates Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge. The source claims that Heather was only on the show in the first place to gain access to acting gigs!

“She always bragged about how she didn’t need to be on RHOC and told the other cast mates that the only reason she was on it was because she hoped it would launch her into acting work,” the insider said.

“Her contract was different than the other housewives, because the other ladies are under a contract that forbids them from working on other projects while on RHOC,” claimed the source. Heather’s contract, however, would have allowed her to work “in other productions.”
