Holly Madison and her husband Pasquale Rotella are going their separate way after 5 years of marriage. However, according to court paper exclusively obtained by Radaronline.com, it appears the divorce is already off to a rocky start. Read on for the latest.
For starters, The Girls Next Door star isn’t expected to receive a penny in spousal support due to a prenuptial agreement!
According to the complaint filed by Pasquale, “The views, tastes, likes and dislikes of husband and wife have been incompatible to the extent that it has been impossible for them to live together as husband and wife in marital harmony.”
“As a result of these differences, there is no possibility of a reconciliation between them,” the statement continued.

Pasquale is also seeking joint custody of their two children Rainbow, 5, and Forest, 1. And though he isn’t refusing to pay child support outright, he did request that the amount be set “in accordance with the provisions until said children reach the age of majority, marries or becomes otherwise emancipated.”
The pair tied the knot back in 2013 but were said to been “having trouble for some time.” An insider explained, “This wasn’t a sudden decision. They had a lot in common, but they were also very different people.”
