Teresa Giudice isn’t the only star on The Real Housewives of New Jersey who is in trouble with the law! Her estranged BFF, Jacqueline Laurita, could be going to court for misusing $8 million from her former clothing business, Signature Apparel.

In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, it seems the Lauritas reached a settlement. However, an extension has been requested to determine how the funds from the agreement will be distributed.

It all started when Chris and Jacqueline filed for bankruptcy protection in 2009. The trustees served them with a $7.8 million lawsuit defrauding creditors. The documents read that the trustee appointed “seeks a further extension of his time… in order to better understand what the potential distribution ‘pot’ will be before expending more estate resources in determining claims.”
