Late-night face-off! James Corden likes to keep his late night show lighthearted, but behind the scenes, the talk show host is being faced with a shocking ultimatum.
A source told Okmagazine.com exclusively that the Late Late Show host is being forced to go to war with Late Night host Stephen Colbert, whether he likes it or not!
Stephen currently holds the 11:35 pm time slot, and rumors have been swirling that CBS wants James there instead. James’ show currently doesn’t air until 12:37am.
“The network wants James on that spot and has reminded him he’s under contract,” the source told Okmagazine.com exclusively.

“James hates this and doesn’t want to look like Jay Leno,” the insider said.
The source admits that while James is actually a fan of Colbert’s, “It’s do or die when it comes to late-night chat shows and James knows it.”
