But the 37-year-old didn’t get buff for nothing. He’s currently filming upcoming flick The Disaster Artist, which is filming in Hollywood.

James stars as Tommy Wiseau, the director and star of 2003 movie The Room. James’ latest film tells the story of the making of The Room, which has earned a strong cult following since its release.

But people may go see James’ movie just for a glimpse of that upper body! This is certainly the first time we’ve seen him this buff, and it is quite the transformation.
