“Hey you guys.. It's been awhile.. but I'm still listening.. I feel your love and prayers.. Thank you.. and I'm doing well.. Al Hamdu lillah,” she tweeted, ending her statement with an Arabic phrase, which translates to, "Praise be to God."
The “Control” singer’s health update comes just days after it was reported the 50-year-old pop star was having complications with her high-risk pregnancy.

Ms. Jackson was last spotted in London, looking very pregnant as she shopped for flowers.
It was first reported in May that Janet was expecting her first child with husband Wissam Al Mana. also reported that the songstress is having a baby boy that she is planning to name after her brother, Michael Jackson.
