Janet Jackson was really just not feeling her husband anymore. The proof? She reportedly asked to change the locks to her New York pad weeks before their split was revealed. As OK! previously reported, the couple broke up just three months after the birth of their son, and five years after getting hitched.

While the announcement came as a shock for most, apparently it was a long time coming. “She thought he had become too controlling during the pregnancy and she had already allowed him to dictate her appearance and even the way she performed at concerts,” an insider told the outlet.
