Jenelle Evans and her ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffith have been battling over the custody arrangement of their one son, Kaiser, for months now. But it looks like after the long war, it has ended with a huge victory for one of them!

RadarOnline.com exclusively learned that Jenelle won big in court against Nathan. However, he did have some victories himself.

It was previously reported that the mother-of-two cried on the stand as she described the difficulties of raising Kaiser with her ex. Two examples she used were the time that he took her out of state without her knowledge and when Kai had his haircut for the first time without her there.

Despite Jenelle and Nathan no longer getting along, they put their differences aside to come to come up with a "joint custody" agreement.

“Both parties have signed the agreement,” Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan told Radar.

Jenelle will have primary custody of Kai and Nathan will have him every other weekend, a source revealed.

But even though the two have come up with a mutual agreement, it's not finalized just yet!

A judge needs to sign off on the custody arrangement and afterwards, each time given to the parent will be confirmed by the state.

The custody battles between the two have been played out in the show, Teen Mom 2.
