Jenelle Evans' week just got a lot worse. The former Teen Mom 2 star and David Eason's daughters, Ensley and Maryssa, have been removed from their care. Keep scrolling for more details.

“Ensley has been placed,” a source close to Jenelle told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “Maryssa has also been taken.”
The sites insider revealed that the mother-of-three has court later this week to fight CPS. “A court-appointed attorney is being given to each child,” the source said.
On Friday May 10th, Jenelle's 4-year-old son, Kaiser, with her ex, Nathan Griffith, was removed by CPS.
Even though the children are no longer in her care, Jenelle will be seeing her children. “Jenelle is meeting with the kids at social services this afternoon,” the insider said. “It is supervised visitation. She asked and they are going to allow it."
In mid May 2019, a North Carolina judge ordered all of the children to be removed from Jenelle and David's custody.
“A judge signed off on the request yesterday,” a source told Radar of the Monday, May 13 ruling. “It included all of the children in the home.”
Jenelle's oldest son, 9-year-old Jace, is with her mother, Barbara. She has had full custody of him since he was a baby.
The family crisis comes weeks after David left the Teen Mom world speechless. After their family dog allegedly "snapped" at Ensley, he shot and killed Nugget. Before his Instagram account was deleted, he posted of the video of the dog and Ensley.
On Tuesday, May 7th, a week after the dog was killed, MTV fired Jenelle. “MTV ended its relationship with David Eason over a year ago in February 2018 and has not filmed any new episodes of Teen Mom 2 with him since,” an MTV spokesperson said in a statement. "Additionally, we have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season.”
