Jenelle, who recently revealed that she lost 7 lbs, seemed skinny but rather somber after dining with a friend at Promenade Bar & Grill, located in the city’s East Side. Perhaps it’s because of the news that broke yesterday via RadarOnline that one of Jenelle’s former “friends” is accusing her of second-degree harassment!

The documents obtained by the site claim that Jenelle's "friend" cut off contact with her in January of this year, but Jenelle continuously called and texted the victim and even posted a mean message directed toward them on social media after the friendship ended. There was no physical violence, though, nor did Jenelle threaten this person.
