Back in 2015, Jenelle shared some diet and work out tips!
"I don't drink protein shakes," Jenelle revealed.
"Low carb diet, only water to drink, chicken/steak, veggies, cardio, and home workouts. Shredz supplements , Niacin, Biotin," Jenelle added.
Even she was shocked with her incredible results!
And revealed that she was down to a size 2! Way to go!
