Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman looked plastic fantastic at the Academy Awards this year — and a source confirmed exclusively to OK! that they’ve been swapping surgery tips.
“Jen has always been quite cagey about surgery, rarely admitting even to her closest friends that she’s had any work done," the insider confessed. "She actually hates what Courteney Cox did to herself and laughs at her behind her back."
"But Jen thinks Nicole’s done a perfect job of maintaining her looks," the source said, "and has asked for surgeon referrals and opinions of what she’s had."
Not only have the two swapped tips, but the source admitted, "they’ve even been going to the same doctor at the same time.”
It's possible Aniston wants to look better in order to win back her ex Brad Pitt, whom she said she would "highly consider" a reunion with.
