Jennifer Garner is reportedly dating someone new after finalizing her divorce with Ben Affleck after three years of separation. PEOPLE exclusively reported in their new issue that since Ben is out of rehab following a 40-day program, the Peppermint actress has time for her new man.
As OK! readers know Jen was very instrumental in Ben’s rehabilitation. According to reports, “She has had no choice but to be patient since Ben needed to finish his rehab treatment. But she was ready to sign the papers.”
This news comes just a day after reports said Ben broke up with his Playboy model girlfriend, Shauna Sexton.
Sources said, “Jen has been wanting to move on and now when the divorce is finalized, she finally can.”
The source continued to reveal, “Jen doesn’t want to be single for the rest of her life, so she is open to dating.”

Apparently, Garner's dating life isn’t new, “She has been on dates, but it seems she isn’t serious about a guy. As always, she is mostly focused on her kids and her job.”
The source didn’t reveal who Jen’s new guy is but this comes as a shock since Ben himself has been very public with his relationship to Shauna, and prior to that, Lindsay Shookus.
A source told RadarOnline.com exclusively, "Jen realized a long time ago that she cannot fix Ben and that his problems are not hers to solve." They added in reference to Shauna, "But she does wish Ben would keep his life more private."
In February, we reported that Jen was spotted out with a mystery man, and in January it was rumored that Jen and her Love, Simon on-screen husband Josh Duhamel were cozying up, could she be reunited with either of those men?
