Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have all eyes on them these days, thanks to their hot and heavy romance. The couple, who is on the latest issue of Vanity Fair, have been dating publicly since about January, but they are already talking marriage. The former professional athlete was actually talking about it before they were officially together, as Jennifer revealed, and OK! now has exclusive details about their lavish wedding plans.
In their new interview, the singer, 48, brings up their first date, which was dinner at the Hotel Bel Air. “So he’s talking, talking about his plans, about how he had just retired from baseball, about how he saw himself getting married again, all these things you wouldn’t normally talk about on a first date,” she said.
The fact that Alex, 42, brought marriage up so early on certainly speaks volumes, and he clearly knows who he wants.
And so does Jennifer. Though reps for the stars deny it, insiders told OK! “Alex hasn’t popped the question yet, but they have talked marriage quite seriously. Word is they want to wed on New Year’s Eve in Miami, a city they both love.”
In their joint interview, it is noted that in the Bel Air home Jennifer just purchased, there are pictures all over the house of their four children. Jennifer has nine-year-old twins Emme and Max, while Alex has two pre-teenage daughters. When Alex was asked about which of his businesses he’s most passionate about, he responded, “My daughters.”
So of course, both he and Jennifer want their children involved in the ceremony, said the source, adding “they love their blended family!”
