Ben Seewald, a 19-year-old college sophomore, is the one who stole 21-year-old Jessa’s heart. The couple got engaged on August 14th and Ben has been living with the Duggar family while wedding planning!
The big day will be November 1, 2014 and most of the wedding is already planned! "When you're planning a wedding, you can make it complicated or make it simple, and we are trying to make ours simple,” Seewald told People.
The couple also shared their invitation, which they sent to about 800 people, with TLC.
Jessa’s ring is a .75 carat diamond–18 karat gold band, which she shared on Instagram shortly after the proposal.

Jessa also already has her dress and she was no Bridezilla about selecting it! "I picked out my wedding dress a couple of days ago," she says. "I went with the second dress I tried on – I love it,” she said.
The soon-to-be newlyweds have a public registry on Bed, Bath & Beyond and are requesting items like cereal, guns and ammunition and a hair straightener!
The couple held hands for the first time when they got engaged and are saving their first kiss for the big day! They have given the traditional side-hug, though.
In order to cut costs for the wedding, Jill Duggar told us that Jessa will reuse some elements that her sister Jill Duggar, used for her wedding in June.
Her wedding colors will be navy blue, gray and coral pink!
And as for the big honeymoon, the pair plans to go “somewhere warm.”
