Jessa Duggar may be teaching fans how to dress and live modestly — she will be a guest speaker at Heavenly Highway Tabernacle to host Fashionably Modest With Jessa — but even her own sister doesn’t adhere to her strict rules of fashion, and many fans are looking to Jessa for answers! After the mom of two posted pictures of the Duggar sister’s trip to Magnolia Market, one photo in particular struck Duggar fans, as it featured Jinger Duggar wearing pants! As OK! readers know, and Duggar fans alike, the Duggar women adhere to an extremely strict dress code that doesn’t allow them to wear shorts or pants of any kind, so to have Jinger break away from that has been quite the shock for many fans, especially since her own sister preaches about women solely wearing skirts and dresses.
“Why is jinger wearing pants?” one heartbroken fan asked in reference to Jessa’s Instagram pic. “That makes me sad lots of girl in my church look up to you girls @jessaseewald.”

While another simply advised Jessa follow-up with Jinger’s new trend, “You should wear pants too,” they wrote. “Yay Jinger!”
Not all Duggar fans were pointing the finger at Jessa, as one wrote: “… Wearing pants has nothing to do with you being a Christian or a good role model.” Another follower chimed in, saying, “Shut up about the pants! Why does it matter?”
