According to a lawsuit obtained by RadarOnline, Dillon, whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup said she felt “as if she were raped” by Josh when they had their romps in March and April.
In the suit, Dillon said she is “currently being treated for severe anxiety” after the two sexual encounters she described as “rough” and “traumatic.”
The adult film star first came forward with her claims that Josh traveled to the Philadelphia area for sex with her in March and April following the former reality star’s confession to cheating on his wife Anna Duggar. He’s currently being treated at Reformer’s Unanimous in Illinois for addiction.

But In Touch reported that Josh, who could be forced to testify following her allegations, may have to discuss how he molested five women, some of which being his sisters, in 2003 while on the stand.
