Julianne Hough & Husband Brooks Laich Reunite Amid Split Rumors — But She Still Isn’t Wearing A Wedding Ring

Julianne Hough picked her husband Brooks Laich up at the Hollywood Burbank Airport on January 9 amid rumors that the pair called it quits! The Dancing With The Stars alum still wasn’t wearing her wedding ring during their reunion.

Julianne, 31, was seen picking up Brooks, 36, after a flight. The two shared a prolonged embrace and gazed lovingly into each other’s eyes although they didn’t share a kiss.

Fans began speculating that the couple split after she didn’t wear her wedding ring while she was hosting with Carson Daly for NBC’s New Year's Eve coverage. Days after Julianne’s hosting gig Brooks took to Instagram and said, “In 2020 I look forward to releasing old identities, and stepping into a new chapter in my life.”

Additionally, Julianne hasn’t posted a picture with Brooks since August 2019 a month before she came out as “not straight” in the September 2019 cover story of Women's Health. Brooks similarly revealed in his New Year’s resolution that he hopes to “learn more about intimacy and my sexuality.”

An insider told Life & Style on January 8, 2020, that “something has definitely changed between” the couple. “Even some of their closest friends are questioning how long it will last,” they added. Another source claimed that the couple wants “different things in life,” and that “they’ve had so many ups and downs, but they also have very different ways of dealing with them.”
