Justin Bieber shared a troubling Instagram post on Sunday, March 9, where the "Sorry" singer admitted that he's been "struggling a lot" and "feeling super disconnected and weird." Read on for all the details.

"Just wanted to keep you guys updated a little bit hopefully what I’m going through will resonate with you guys," Justin, 25, wrote.
"Been struggling a lot," he continued. "Just feeling super disconnected and weird.. I always bounce back so I’m not worried just wanted to reach out and ask for your guys to pray for me."
Justin finished the post on a positive note, saying "God is faithful and ur prayers really work thanks .. the most human season I’ve ever been in facing my stuff head on.."
The "Baby" singer's mental health has been a topic of conversation for a while now. An insider for PEOPLE revealed on Tuesday, February 12, that he was “receiving treatment” for his depression, months after his marriage to Hailey Baldwin.
“Justin seems down and tired. He has been struggling a bit,” the insider claimed. “It has nothing to do with Hailey — he is very happy being married to her. It’s just something else that he struggles with mentally.”
The Grammy winner opened up about his mental health struggles in a recent interview with Vogue, where he admitted to abusing the drug Xanax in the past, his struggles with sobriety, and how he still considers himself “emotionally unstable.”
Justin's sobriety issues were also tough on Hailey, 22. “I grieved very intensely over the whole situation,” she shared.
Justin and Hailey appeared to be in great spirits hours before he made the alarming Instagram post. He made her giggle while she was walking out of their laundry room.
