Kailyn Lowry’s new man, Dionisio Cephas (the shirtless man the then-pregnant reality star was caught in bed with back in May– we’ll get to that later -- and the guy she recently told fans she's in a "long distance relationship" with), isn’t shy about talking about his lady. Despite, claiming to be “just friends” a few months ago, Dinoisio told RadarOnline there may actually be a future for him and the Teen Mom 2 star.
On Thursday, the Kailyn tweeted, “What are the chances I’ll actually see @ttcu1 today ?,” tagging Dionisio. Within minutes Dionisio tweeted back, “??? stop acting like I don’t live next door.” The twos flirting continued when Kail responded, “Long distance relationship with the guy next door #catfish.” Fans quickly reacted to the neighbors flirt fest, as many accused The MTV star, who recently welcomed her third child, of “trying to make baby daddy number” 4. While others warned Dionisio to “watch out” and “wrap it up.”
While the “neighbors” did not address fans’ comments and/or relationship rumors directly, Dionisio later tweeted, “??? I’m not having kids until I’m married people.” (hmmm, so marriage is on the table?)
With Dionisio somewhat fueling the relationship buzz, Radar caught up with Kail’s neighbor to get the truth about the pair's relationship.

"We aren’t dating yet," Dionisio told Radar, before adding, "Time will tell.”
Kail also chimed in about her thoughts of Dionisio when a fan called him “so dam* cute” and she replied: “Thanks.”
As OK! readers know, Dionisio and Kailyn were caught in bed together back in May during a trip to Los Angeles. However, when the pics emerged, Dionisio told Radar, “Kail and I are friends. Just friends.” (Someone’s definitely changed their tune.)
