Kailyn Lowry is returning home a changed woman! The Teen Mom 2 star debuted her post-surgery body one week after receiving a tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift and neck lipo – and she looks better than ever!
Tiny tummy! Kail showed off her pin thin waist while posing with her plastic surgeon Dr. Miami. Looking at her expression, Kailyn clearly approves of her doctor’s work!
But don’t worry, TM fans, Kail didn’t visit Dr. Miami again for another procedure! Instead, she saw him for her one-week check-up. “She’s doing great,” Dr. Miami told RadarOnline.com. “I saw her yesterday. She’s a trooper. She bounced back very well.”
He explained how the mother-of-two boys is “healing beautifully” and has a “fantastic” shape. He added, “I think she’s going to be very happy, and her husband will be very happy too.”

Before the 23-year-old’s trip back home, she enjoyed her final days in Miami by indulging in yummy foods and sipping on cocktails! “Once she’s off her meds, she can drink,” he said. “I think she’s probably off most of her meds, if not all of them.”
