Bachelor Nick Viall has had his heart broken by not one but two Bachelorette stars. And in a recent interview, Nick revealed he was actually grateful for the heartbreak! His former almost-fiancé Kaitlyn Bristowe had something to say about that!

In an interview with On Air With Ryan Seacrest, Nick said that while he was “thankful” Andi Dorfman didn’t pick him during her season, he was “more thankful” that Kaitlyn Bristowe didn’t pick him a year later.

Kaitlyn responded by defending her choice. “I’m happily engaged to Shawn, and that’s who I’m supposed to be with,” Kaitlyn told Us Weekly exclusively.

Kaitlyn also added that she wasn’t hurt by the comment and instead agrees that Nick should be grateful for her decision! “I agree with him. It worked out for him. He gets to be the Bachelor,” she said.
