The Big Bang actress is worth an estimated $45 million when she filed for divorce last month.
Ryan's net worth is quite lower at the value of $2 million.
The professional tennis player allegedly became addicted to pain killers and his addiction destroyed their marriage.
A source told Us Weekly, "She supported him, but she said he couldn't make the commitment to get sober. He'd tell her he was working on it, and instead go get wasted.”
Kaley is reported to have had a pre-nuputial agreement with Ryan, so her money and assets may be protected from their 20-month marriage.
