But that still is not enough for the curvy beauty! She also enlists the help of her hubby’s employees. “She uses Kanye's assistants as if they were her own," reveals an insider. "Plus, she can get the production staff for the show to do whatever she wants."

The only person who comes close to Kim in regards to having a large staff on call is Kris Jenner, which also is not a surprise.

"Kris has had a lot of help come and go through the years," an insider tells Radar. "When she first started on TV, there were only two or three personal assistants for the entire family. Now she has tons just for herself…it's insane!"

But is Kris nice to her assistants at least? Nope. Apparently the momager is"bossy" and "demanding," says an assistant insider. "Most of her people end up quitting." That’s no good.

Fortunately, Kourtney helps balance things out with her more relaxed demeanor. "Kourtney has had the same assistants that she shares with Scott for years," an insider notes. "They have the same three people that take care of their entire family and they treat them well, which is why they haven't quit." We’re shocked anyway aside from Kourt can handle Scott and his strong personality for years!

But it sounds like the most problems come when the family decides to own pets.

"Every time anyone in the family gets a pet the assistant has to take care of them," a source says. "Walking dogs, changing kitty litter, potty training—it's a huge burden for the rest of the family so the job falls on the assistant to do all the dirty work." That doesn’t sound like much fun.
