Karlie paired it with a cool leather belt and a black bejeweled clutch.

She flashed a smile to fans as she left to go to the see the next catwalk couture show.

Taylor Swift's bestie wore this look earlier that day when she attended the Christian Dior Haute Couture Show with other celebs like Katie Holmes and Kate Bosworth.
