Step aside, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. There’s a new baby in town. Or at least there will be soon! According to Life & Style, Kate Middleton is pregnant with baby number three! The Duchess of Cambridge has reportedly told her husband Prince William the good news, but for now, they’re not telling anyone beyond their inner circle. “Kate doesn’t want there to be a circus around her pregnancy,” a royal insider told the magazine. “William and Kate can’t wait to tell Charlotte and George that they’re going to have a brother or sister,” the source told Life & Style. “They think Charlotte is too young to fully understand, but at nearly four-years-old, Prince George will be excited about the news.”
But Kate is concerned that Charlotte won’t love having another child to compete with in the house! “She is worried that Charlotte will be jealous at first,” the insider claimed. “Charlotte loves being the center of attention and is strong-minded.”
But the parents have no doubt George will be an excellent big brother times two. “George is more laid-back,” the source explained.
And as they wait for the perfect moment to reveal the exciting news, Will and Kate are prepping the baby’s nursery and picking out names. “They like the names Edward or James for a boy, and Isabella or Olivia for a girl,” claimed the insider.
But Kate may not be the only expectant one in the royal bunch for long! According to the source, Kate’s sister Pippa Middleton is eager to start a family of her own now that she’s married to James Matthews.
“Pippa and Kate are extremely close and have discussed how it would be fun to have children at the same time,” the source told the mag. “They’ve been looking at baby clothes online together!”
