Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis has filed to modify her child custody agreement with ex Thomas Ravenel after he was arrested for battery and assault. Read on for all the details.

US Weekly exclusively reported that she filed for a modification of custody and visitation after Thomas was arrested back in September.

She filed back in Friday, October 26th. They share two children with one another: 4-year-old daughter Kensie and Saint, nearly 3-years-old.

The former politician was arrested and charged with 2nd degree assault and battery only months after two separate women accused him of sexual assault.

He arrest stemmed from a warrant from January 2015 after Thomas and Kathryn's former nanny named Dawn accused him of sexual assault, according to an affidavit obtained by US Weekly exclusively.

The bad news kept coming for Thomas, as his lawyer, Richard Terbrusch, was killed in a plane accident in October. He represented him when he was accused of sexual assault earlier this year.
