Life’s a beach. Kelly Ripa posted a candid photo of her on Instagram that her daughter, Lola, took of her seaside on June 25, and now everyone wants to the secret to her incredible physique!
Kelly, 48, looked away from the camera as Lola, 18, captured the serene moment.
The Live with Kelly and Ryan cohost donned a white bikini and an embroidered coverup that showed off her muscular legs. Her signature gold locks glistened in the sun and the sky was cloud-free — the perfect beach day!
“Stunning!” one fan commented. “Model material,” another posted.
Kelly captioned the picture, “Sous le soleil avec #papa (Not pictured),” which translates to “under the sun with #papa.”
Many fans are wondering how the busy celebrity stays in shape. In 2017, Kelly revealed to Good Housekeeping that her diet plan is full of healthy staples like yogurt and granola.
Aside from a clean food intake, the All My Children alum up maintains a regimented workout schedule that isn’t for the faint of heart.
