Kenya Moore's fans went nuts when she posted a photo of her holding a baby on Friday, with some of them thinking that she's either on labor or that she gave birth to her first child.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star recently displayed her massive baby bump during an expo in Washington D.C. back in late August. She posed alongside her BFF Cynthia Bailey.

Her latest Instagram post is a throwback pic of her holding onto her baby cousin, but fans are now thinking that she gave birth based on the caption of the photo.
