Kenya giggled along while Marc sat there with a stunned face after their baby kicked.
The parents-to-be were hanging out at an event at the St. Regis Atlanta, where the former RHOA star glowed in a beautiful maternity dress.
They had quite the eventful weekend together in anticipation of their first child being born, as Kenya and Marc enjoyed a date night out at a professional soccer game on Saturday.
This led to Kenya getting her groove on at an unplanned dance party thrown by her former RHOA costar Kandi Burruss.

The Big Brother host departed the longtime daytime talk show last week amid her husband Les Moonves being ousted as CEO of CBS after a myriad of sexual misconduct allegations surfaced against him.
