Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore’s hard work is paying off! The new mom took to Instagram to show off her toned post-baby tummy and to reveal her newest fitness milestone.
In the clip posted to her account, the 48-year-old wore a white bra and a pair of grey joggers. She smiled at the camera before taking a sip of her protein shake.
“Down 4 more pounds!” she wrote in the caption. “I’ve lost 9 lbs already in just a few weeks. If you saw my picture I posted yesterday I was so excited to fit into that dress without any help!”
The Bravo star then let her followers in on a little secret. “I do one shake a day to replace a meal and the supplements!” she told them. “That’s all! I still work out when I can but this has been helping me drop the last lbs since having my baby girl.”
Earlier this week, Kenya took a break from mommy duties and treated herself to a bit of glitz and glam.
She donned a skintight white dress that highlighted her impressive figure. Kenya also made it clear to her followers that, in the case of her post-baby snapback, she “did not come to play.”
