Just days after revealing that her famous family once told her that she was “damaging the brand” by “being overweight,” Khloe took to her app Khloe with a K to reveal how she doesn’t believe in weighing scales.

“I think they can be really counterproductive,” she wrote. “Muscle weighs more than fat! But our brains won’t calculate that. We’ll be super hard on ourselves and not take into account that we’re actually putting on healthy numbers.”

The 33-year-old, who’s 6 months pregnant with her first child, has recently been criticized for being “so small” given how far along she is.

But though she’s admitted that she still maintains a healthy exercise routine, she refuses to rely on scales. Continuing on her app, “I weigh myself just to see what that number is but I definitely don’t live or die by what I see.”

And she encourages her fans to have healthy relationships with scales as well, writing “Knowledge is power, so knowing how much you weigh or how much you want to weigh can be smart. Just don’t get obsessed with the tactic.”
