Never be on meds and tweet! Khloe Kardashian spouted off on Twitter last night in a very angry rant to fans criticizing her treatment of Lamar Odom since he was hospitalized, but she also bashed her recovering husband in the profanity-filled rant.

It all started when the 31-year-old tweeted about her boyfriend James Harden’s game, when two fans called her out for breaking vows with Lamar, since they are still married.

Khloe, however, was not having it. “You should have said those to the man who went against all our vows. Judge yourself. F—k off,” she wrote.

She continued: “Divorce is still going forward. Doesn't mean I won't be there through sickness and health. I've proven that.”

But then, Khloe totally bashed Lamar, 36, who is still in the hospital after overdosing at a Las Vegas brothel in October. “He wasn't picking roses my friend. Get off my d—k,” she wrote.

When one fan piped in to tell Kardashian to “ignore the haters,” Khloe responded: “I am just bi—hy today because I'm under the weather so I think I'm enjoying this more than anything….they literally are probably j—king off to every word! F—king loser a-s trolls LOL.”
Eventually, Khloe backed off, blaming her Twitter tirade on painkillers, which she said she’s taking from being sick. “I think the painkillers I'm on and tweeting is probably not the best thing,” she wrote. “Signing off.... Antibiotics +painkillers + tweeting does not equal anything good lol.”
