Kim Kardashian is keeping it real with the world. Two months after it was reported she and Kanye West are using a surrogate to have their third child, she confirmed the news!

And what other way could she reveal the upcoming addition to the Kardashian krew than by announcing it in the season 14 extended trailer for Keeping Up With the Kardashians?! In a clip, she is on the phone with Khloe, and asks, “What happens every time I say, 'Guess what?'"

Khloe replies, "The person's pregnant?" And then Kim drops the bombshell, "We're having a baby!"

The reality star and her husband are reportedly paying the surrogate thousands to carry the newest family member, after Kim learned she has placenta accrete, which makes another pregnancy life threatening. The baby is expected to be born in January.

According to Us Weekly, the surrogate is a San Diego mom in her late 20s, and has been a surrogate before, making her the perfect candidate. She is reportedly receiving 10 monthly installments of $4,500, along with a $68,850 deposit from her agency.

But with Kim’s baby comes plenty of responsibility! There are many restrictions, with a couple being that the surrogate allegedly is not allowed to use hot tubs or saunas or even handle cat litter!
