Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are switching up their looks! While attending the WSJ Innovators Awards in New York on Wednesday night, November 6, the couple rocked looks that are outside of their usual norm.
Kim, 39, rocked a denim off the shoulder top, which revealed no cleavage. Topping off the look, the reality star sported denim jeans and very light makeup. As for Kanye, 42, who has been known to dress casually as of lately, he switched things up and rocked a blue suit. The rapper chose boots as his footwear.
Kim and Kanye attended the event in honor of Riccardo Tisci, who serves as the Chief Creative Officer at Burberry. In addition to the KKW Beauty creator and Jesus Is King rapper, Kris Jenner and her boyfriend Corey Gamble were also in attendance.
On Tuesday, November 5, during a “Kardashian Takeover” episode on The Real, Kim revealed that following her explosive fight with her husband, she decided to tone down her sex appeal. “He is my husband so I obviously want to honor him and what he’s feeling,” she said to The Real cohosts. “And he’s been going through this life change and it’s mostly about the kids.”

In addition to being mindful of her outfit choices, Kim revealed that Kanye has implemented new rules for their four children – daughters North and Chicago and sons Saint and Psalm.
“The kids are getting older and he’s very cautious about what we have in house. We got rid of TVs in the kids’ rooms and removed makeup from daughter North’s room,” she revealed.
Although Kim agrees with her husband’s views, she argued that she will always remain true to herself. “I actually agree with it,” Kim admitted. “But I’m always gonna be me and so we had that discussion. I think at the end of the day that’s what marriage is. He’s going to do things that I don’t agree with and I support him and vice versa.”
