Kim Kardashian and Kanye West announced they have named their newborn son Psalm West on Friday, May 17. Kim also shared the first photo of their baby boy on her Twitter page. Scroll through for details!
Kim, 38, shared a screenshot of a text message Kanye, 41, sent her on Mother's Day and captioned it simply, "Psalm West."
The text features a photo of their latest addition in his bassinet. "Beautiful Mother’s Day with the arrival of our fourth child. We are blessed beyond measure. We have everything we need," the rapper wrote to his wife.
Psalm was born via surrogate on May 9, 2019. He joined siblings North, 5, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 16 months.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashian's star revealed some details about Psalm shortly after his birth, but waited until now to unveil his unique moniker.
"I was freaking out for nothing. Because he is the most calm and chill of all of my babies so far and everyone loves him so much," she wrote on social media on Saturday, May 11.
Fans thought the couple might name the baby Bear West due to Kim's heavy use of the teddy bear emoji days after his big arrival.
