Welcome to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's crib! Well, their soon-to-be former home. The A-list couple listed their $3.5 million, three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo, located in downtown Calabasas, CA.
Kim, 39, and Kanye, 42, listed their 2,260 sq. ft. pad two years after purchasing it. The pair bought the place in August 2017 for $1.6 million. Records indicated that the place was solely owned by the KKW Beauty CEO. The two first and foremost used the space as an office area for their various business, which includes fragrances, beauty lines and shapewear lines.
The "Jesus Walks" rapper and the mother of four are big proponents of the minimalist design aesthetic. Their condo was designed by Belgian designer Vincent Van Duysen. He is the same person who oversaw the creation of their Hidden Hills mansion. The realtor website describes the home as "minimal monastery," Kanye's signature style.
Their Hidden Hills home is located less than three miles away from their condo. Kimye's humble abode is housed in the Avanti complex in downtown Calabasas. New buyers must also pay monthly Homeowners Association fee of $658.

The condominium features Tuscan-style architecture, wide-plank European oak flooring, soft shades of grey and a minimal design. Every accessory and furniture in the space was designed by Vincent, exclusively for the Kardashian-Wests.
The residence also contains a semi-private elevator with direct access to the floor suite and a private foyer. Homeowners will also gain access to the pool, spa, outdoor fireplace and outdoor grill.
Kim's momager Kris Jenner isn't far from her daughter as she also owns three other spaces in the Avanti complex. Kris, 64, bought the condos at the same time as the SKIMs founder. Kris' mother Mary Jo Houghton lives in one of the units. Another is occupied by her cousin, Cici Bussey.
Aside from Kim and Kanye's Hidden Hills home and Calabasas condo, the two also sold their Bel-Air mansion for $17.8 million to the Ukrainian billionaire Marina Acton in 2017. However, the Kardashian-Wests aren't just playing house in California. Kanye also recently purchased the Monster Lake Ranch in Wyoming for $14 million.
