In the newest issue of Us Weekly, multiple sources confirmed that the couple is expecting a baby boy "in very early May" via surrogate.
Kim and Kanye used a surrogate for their third child, 11-month-old Chicago. They also share two older children, North and Saint.
According to the magazine's sources, Kim and Kanye "always wanted four kids.”
Back in August, Us reported that the couple had "one last embryo left" and that it is male.
As loyal fans may know, Kim and Kanye turned to surrogacy after the reality star suffered from placenta accreta during her pregnancies with North and Saint.
