Kim Kardashian made a big confession on Tuesday, June 11. She admitted that she cleared out her closet and got rid of her fur coats. The reality star replaced her expensive pelts with faux fur in an effort to be more ethically-conscious.
Kim, 38, posted a photo on Instagram of daughter, North West, 5, modeling one of her old fur jackets.
North rocked an oversized luxurious white fur coat and a black cap. The photo was taken from inside the KKW Beauty mogul's massive closet.
The mother of four captioned the pic, "Remember when I wore this! She picked out the same look lol but fun fact- I took all of my fave furs and remade them in faux fur."
Many fans applauded her for switching to fake fur and being kind to animals.
One follower wrote in the comments, "No more fur. Thank you Kim ?." Another said, "Yes!! Faux fur always! ❤️"
However, a few fans accused her of faking her caption just to stop the internet from bashing her.
A commenter said, "When you fake a caption to save yourself from trollers?." One added, "No you didn’t. You only said that so you won’t get dragged for having real fur." Another fan pointed out, "Animal still dead tho."
