It’s no surprise that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is worried about her image, either. Most recently, an insider told OKMagazine.com that Kim’s “body obsession” is “out of control” and the starlet was looking to get surgery on her upper arm area.

Back in October, Kim famously tweeted that she “can’t seem to shake this last 15-20 lbs. of baby weight,” adding there are “no more excuses” for not hitting the gym.

Just after that, she said her “style has become sexier since becoming a mom,” though she later shared photos wearing a waist trainer.

In another act of confidence, Kim said she thinks she has “an even better body after having the baby than I did before… I’m very confident about my body.”
