Kim Kardashian was spotted leaving a botox clinic only hours after she and her family fled the Malibu fires that have destroyed several homes of the past couple of days. Read on for all the details.

The 38-year-old was seen heading out of Epione Skin Clinic in Beverly Hills on Friday. They are known for their botox, filler and laser treatments.

She left with her BFF Larsa Pippen, who just filed for divorce from longtime husband Scottie earlier this month.

Kim did her best to remain under-the-radar while leaving in a black hoodie that covered most of her face while she took a call.

She and her family were forced to evacuate their homes on Thursday as wildfires quickly spread across the Southern California neighborhoods. Her former father-in-law Caitlyn Jenner's home was destroyed by fire in the process.

Flames reached her Calabasas mansion that she shares with husband Kayne West and their three children on Friday afternoon. She tweeted that the situation at her property has been "contained" while thanking the heroic firefighters for keeping everyone safe.

Outside of visiting the Botox clinic, Kim appeared to be spending some quality time with her niece True as a cute distraction from what's going on around her. "Trying to get my mind off of this fire and snuggling with my niece," she wrote on Instagram, "We are all safe and that’s all that matters."
