"Since it's award season I will do my #TBT to the time Kourtney and I went to the Emmys. She was pregnant and I was about 15 to 20 pounds thinner," Kim wrote. So does she want her former figure back?

Her weight has certainly fluctuated greatly over the years. We've seen Kim very thin during her stint on Dancing With The Stars in 2008, and we also saw her a bit larger while she was pregnant with North.
