PHOTOS'RHOBH' Star Kim Richards Loses Pit Bull Attack Lawsuit

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards has been hit with a $266,000 judgment after she blew off another legal battle over her pit bull allegedly attacking a woman.
Kim was sued back in 2015 by a woman named Kelly Crossley, who claimed her dog Kingsley viciously attacked her.
Kelly claimed to have suffered bodily injuries from the attack, including permanent scarring along with mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering. She sued Kim, seeking unspecified damages in the matter.
Kim only made matters worse in the whole ordeal by never bothering to show up to court or respond to the lawsuit.

The Blast reported that the judge in the case granted a default judgment against the former child actress in the amount of $266,092.39, along with costs in the amount of $865.
This is far from the first lawsuit that has involved Kim's dog allegedly attacking another individual. She was ordered to pay thousands of dollars in 2017 to her former family friend, Kay Rozario, due to an incident that was quite similar to Kelly's.
