Kim Zolciak-Biermann might be the ultimate baby making machine! The Don’t Be Tardy star has a total of six children and wants another one — oh my! Kim and her husband Kroy Biermannn made an appearance on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live and dished about their family and having more children.
“I have baby fever so bad,” Kim shared as Kroy replied, “Never say never.”
Uh oh! That might be tough given that Kroy, 32, underwent a vasectomy in January 2014. Kim, 39, said the medical procedure is “easy to fix.”
“I want another boy, really bad,” Kim said about missing “breastfeeding and snuggling” a newborn. “I fantasize about it but I’m happy with what we have,” she added.

Kim is adamant about having another baby but Kroy’s concerned about raising Brielle, 20 Ariana, 15, and Kaia, 3, as well as sons KJ, 6, Kash, 5, and Kane, 3.
While the two work hard on raising their six children, Kroy doesn’t shy away from complimenting his wife on her maternal side.
“They’re sensitive, they’re in touch with their emotions, they communicate very well. They express their feelings very well. All that comes from her,” Kroy said.
