It’s been over a month since Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s son Kash suffered through a terrifying dog attack. The four-year-old was immediately rushed to the hospital, where he had to undergo emergency surgery. The attack was so brutal that the family feared Kash had lost a major organ, his sister Brielle Biermann revealed. Although Kash pulled through and was allowed to go home earlier than expected, it looks like the youngster is still recovering from the incident. Kim posted a photo of Kash looking no where near fully healed!

Kim shared a photo of her kiddos on Instagram, and Kash is still sporting a nasty-looking shiner, as well as a cut above his lip.

It’s not the first time Kim has shared a photo of Kash’s bruised and battered face. She previously shared a pic of Kash’s eye when it was still swollen and covered in bandages.

Luckily, though, the attack hasn’t hurt Kash’s love of animals. Kim posted a photo of Kash holding a puppy after the attack and captioned it, “Kash is an absolute animal lover and I didn’t/don’t want him to fear animals after all he has been through.”

Although the little guy may have a ways to go until he’s fully recovered, Kash is still enjoying life! He recently vacationed with his family in the Turks & Caicos for his parents' vow renewal ceremony.
