With their hit reality TV show, millions of social media followers and comfort sharing the ins-and-outs of their lives with their fans, the Kardashian-Jenner girls’ new apps seemed like the perfect addition to their long list of business ventures. But a source close to the family has revealed to RadarOnline.com that the apps are actually tearing the girls apart and causing some serious tension among the once close sisters.
The source said that the “competition with the girls right now is just getting out of hand.”
"Sure they are all going to make a lot of money, and with the declining ratings of the show, it is a great way for them to all stay famous," the source said. "But the one thing that the girls always had was each other."
"And now these apps are driving them further apart than ever before because, for the first time, it is really like all of them have their own brands and these brands are competing against each other," the insider continued.
The source added that money is playing a huge role in the issues brewing among the ladies! "It would be one thing if the revenue generated from their apps were put into a pot and split equally," the insider said. "But that is not how this is working."
According to the source, Kourtney Kardashian was initially wary of the apps leading to a nasty competition between herself and her sisters. And for that reason, she decided not to participate in the project and has still yet to launch an app of her own! "Kourtney knew this would happen," the source said. "It is one of the main reasons that she really wanted nothing to do with it yet.”
And the insider admitted that the apps will likely continue to cause problems among the Kardashian-Jenner sisters! "This has, and will continue to, cause arguments, as well as hurt and bitter feelings towards each other,” the insider said.
