Kyle, 50, and Mauricio, 48, were in Hawaii for Camille Grammer's wedding and sitting at lunch when the businessman revealed he wants a fifth child.

"What am I going to do with the Umansky name? Should we just have another kid? Just a boy … for the sake of it?" Mauricio asked a stunned Kyle. "Honey are you kidding me?" she replied with a laugh.

The couple are already parents to daughters Alexia, 22, Sophia, 19, and Portia, 11. The Bravo star also has daughter Farrah, 30, from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
