Last year, Kylie and Kendall Jenner were in hot water after selling T-shirts with their faces superimposed over the images of rap icons. Not only were fans outraged, but the reality TV stars were hit with a lawsuit over the debacle. Now, Billboard reports that the copyright case has been dropped. Click through for more details.

The lawsuit came from a photographer, Michael Miller, who was suing Kendall and Kylie's clothing line, claiming they used images of Tupac Shakur without permission.

According to a document filed in federal court on Wednesday, both parties involved in the lawsuit are asking a judge to dismiss the case.

The document doesn't offer any details about any kind of financial settlement. It only states that each side will be responsible for its own attorneys' fees.

The Kendall + Kylie label argued they were allowed to use the images of Tupac, and that they had obtained them from a company licensed to sell them.
