Lady Gaga was spotted making out with sound engineer Daniel Horton during a brunch date in Studio City, California, on Sunday, July 28, and now it has been revealed that her new man is recently divorced from his actress wife Autumn Guzzardi.
According to Tennessee court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Autumn, 37, filed for divorce from Daniel, also 37, on February 27, 2018.
The pair married on March 21, 2013 and had no children during their relationship.
Daniel refinanced their three bedroom Nashville home and agreed to pay Autumn $40,000 by June 1, 2019. Due to the fact they had a prenuptial agreement neither of them owed spousal support.
Autumn walked away from their marriage with their dog Betty, while Daniel got ownership of a 2018 Toyota Tacoma and a 1964 Chevrolet Malibu.
Their divorce was officially finalized on May 9, 2018. Autumn has since moved to New York City.
Lady Gaga split from fiancé Christian Carino in February 2019. She was briefly linked to actor Jeremy Renner before this latest romance.
